We all scream for ICE CREAM!

We made this recipe yesterday.  It was so easy that even the 3-year-olds were able to fully participate.  And the rewards were, well… sweet!  You’ll need 10 to 15 minutes of prep time, and another 4+ hours to let it freeze.

Homemade No Machine Ice Cream

2 cups heavy whipping cream

1 can sweetened condensed milk

1 tsp vanilla extract (or your preference)

Using a mixer, whip the heavy cream until it forms a soft cream consistency.  Add the sweetened condensed milk and extract and combine well.  Pour into a plastic container and freeze for at least 4 hours.  Serve!

Delicious and easy!
